Service Description

COVID procedure upon arrival we will: -Ask medical screening questions -Ask you to wear a face mask for the duration of the walk -Ask you to practice social distancing by staying at least 6 feet apart The goal of this class is to socialize, desensitize, and familiarize your puppies to the outside world. This class is for puppies ages 2-4 months (8-16 weeks). We know some of your puppies won’t be fully vaccinated; for those puppies, we recommended bringing a carrier, stroller, or blanket to put your puppy in. For your puppy’s safety, if they aren’t vaccinated, please don’t put them on the ground or let them interact with the other puppies during the duration of the class. This event isn't puppy playtime. This event is a structured and safe space to introduce your puppy to new and novel things. We will be introducing your puppy to things like crutches, canes, walkers, skateboards, and different sounds like fireworks, alarms, and doorbells. After the class, we will email participants bullet points and hot tips. These classes will be held at CSUN with varying levels of difficulty. We will meet infont of the Oviatt Library. This class will be starting right on time, so please be early. At the beginning of the class, we will go over what to do. There will be two trainers present at each class; myself and Jaimi from Care of Magical Canines. We will be walking around, helping, and answering questions. We welcome dogs of all training levels. Things to bring are: -Treats or reward of any kind -A 6ft leash -Collar and/or harness -Carrier, stroller, or blanket to put your puppy in, if needed (If you need to rent a stroller, please email careofmagicalcanines@gmail.com) We highly suggest NOT bringing: -Choke, prong, or electric collars -Retractable leashes (We do all positive reinforcement. We won't shame your methods; just ask that you try ours.)

Cancellation Policy

The Client can receive a refund for services not rendered up to 6 months after the purchase date. After six months, the Client can’t get a refund but can still use any remaining sessions.
